HERITAGE PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

Quick Facts:

Heritage Park is a single family residential community with 256 homes with parklands, open spaces, trails, lakes and the Equi-kids riding center. All homes constructed in Heritage Park will be at least 75% brick exterior surface and at least 2800 square feet of heated living area. All common areas are to maintained by the Heritage Park Home Owners Association.
